Speedy Pete’s Car Wash

This carwash is horrible. Apparently, the car wash had a glitch/malfunction and my car almost hit another car. The very tacky and unprofessional manager came running to my window saying my car wasnt in neutral which was a whole lie. She saw the car was in neutral. I missed several steps in the car wash process due to their malfunction. I go back around to ask if I can go back through the car wash. The attendant went and got the manager this insane lady tells me to my face we cant do that because your car was in drive going through the car wash. Keep in mind she came to my window and saw my car in neutral and switched to a lie that quick. I will NEVER go back there ever again. I will file a complaint with their corporate office as well. I will be requesting a refund through my bank as well. This a classic example of bad customer service and straight up lying. Just admit your equipment malfunctioned. OMG..the nerve of people. If I could give them ZERO stars that would be my OPTION.

Scratched my vehicle the first time I used it. The price is ridiculous high. Why is everything in Blanchard a headache?

I’m giving this place 4 stars because they’ve only recently opened and only have a few reviews, so I didn’t want to hurt their rating too much. The facility was very clean and had some nice features, such as an air nozzle to blow dirt and debris out of your vehicle before vacuuming. I didn’t see anywhere to hang floor mats, but I may have overlooked it. The trash cans did not have bags in them, although none of them appeared to, so perhaps that is normal. The vacuums seemed a bit underpowered. I had to go over the same spots several times to pick up small specks of dirt. As for the wash itself, I didn’t look into the membership options, but it seemed like the pricing is designed to encourage customers to sign up for a subscription. That’s fine if that’s what you’re looking for, but since I just wanted to test the wash, I chose the middle package, which cost $20. In my opinion, it was not worth the price. There were still bird droppings left on the vehicle, and the dryers left behind a significant amount of water, which would have caused water spots and streaks if I hadn’t dried the vehicle myself with a towel. Overall, I expected more for $20.

Don’t waste your money going here. I paid $18.00 dollars and my truck still had bug guts on the windshield as well as all over the chrome on the front as well as still on the paint. Very dissatisfied.
